Delete your account

You can delete your Outset Money account and its data at any time.

In the app

Open Outset, tap your initials on the Today screen to open Settings, then tap Delete account and confirm. It happens right away.

Without the app

Email support@tryoutset.com from the address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What’s deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your budget: pay schedule, categories, plan amounts, entries, bills and goals
• Your subscription record and Ask Outset usage

Copies in our providers’ backups expire on their normal schedule, typically within 30 days. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel Outset Pro, because Apple or Google bills it. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions too.
